As part of my CoP3 research, I'm contacting businesses at different points of the food supply chain. It's interesting comparing the way small local businesses tackle food waste compared to larger food chains like Asda. This primary research of interviewing people is giving my project a lot more depth and focus. I'm actually really enjoying talking to people, I'm so happy when people actually reply haha!
