I contacted a lady called Rachel at Hallmark today and stressed my interest with an opportunity with there and how keen I am to work in that area of the industry. I sent her my CV along with a small version of my pdf portfolio which mainly focused on applied illustration and pattern based work. She replied pretty quickly and said my work looks great and she would keep my information on file. She told me that I should apply via HR rather than through her.
